When you’re booking a reading/session, I need more than just your name and date of birth. Don’t hold back—give me everything you think is relevant. Let it be your full name, date, time, and location of birth AND details about what’s going on in your life, I need the full picture. If you’re asking a specific question or want me to focus on a particular area, don’t make me guess. The more you share, the more I can hone in on what really matters. Half-baked info leads to half-baked insights—don’t be that person. Trust me, you’ll get the best experience when I’ve got the right tools to work my magic.

Keep It Forever (Because I Won’t)

Once you’ve received your session—download that file. The MP3? That’s your responsibility. I’m not an eternal file storage service, so don’t come crying to me six months later asking for a resend. Your session, your insights, your storage solution. Simply because I just don’t have the space to hold everyone’s sessions for longer than 30 days.

Tarot or Oracle? Make Your Pick.

I work with both tarot and oracle decks, depending on the vibe I feel during your session. Don’t like surprises? Then tell me upfront if you’re dead set on me using tarot. Otherwise, you might get oracle. Both are fire, so either way, you’re in for a ride.

Digital Downloads = No Take Backs

All digital products (like workshops, printables, or other downloads) are non-refundable. You get instant access—end of transaction. Once you’ve confirmed your purchase, don’t spam my inbox asking where your reading is the next day. I work on a 3-5 business day turnaround. And no, the day you hit ‘buy’ is not day 1. Time starts the next business day. Special, longer readings like year-ahead forecasts can take up to 10 days because, well, magic doesn’t operate on Amazon Prime speed. Your info not in order? Expect delays. I’m not a miracle worker—oh wait, I kinda am—but still, I need what I need to deliver the goods.

When I’m Available (Hint: I’m Not a 24/7 Hotline)

I typically work between 8 AM and 6:30 PM PST on weekdays. Not a night owl? Cool, neither am I. But hey, I understand life happens—so I’m available two weekends a month for those “special situations” at an additional cost. Magic is powerful, but so is my need for boundaries and downtime.
