Michael Blackthorn| Astro Witch+ Astrology+ Divination+ Lunar Phases+ Moon Magic+ Protection Magic+ Witchcraft

Hola, Astro Witches and Cosmic Friends! 🌌🔥 Are you ready to ignite your inner fire with the New Moon in Aries? This energizing event is set to occur on April 8th, 2024, at 2:20 pm Eastern Time, which translates to 11:20 am Pacific Time. Aries, a cardinal fire sign, heralds the beginning of a cycle filled with potential for new ventures and courageous endeavors. Let’s dive into the dynamic energy of Aries and explore how this New Moon amplifies its pioneering spirit, guiding us through a phase of bold beginnings and self-discovery.

New Moon Energy Association:

As witches, the New Moon presents us with a unique juncture in the cycle of light and darkness, a moment when the Moon herself retreats into shadow, not yet visible to our eyes. This phase marks not just the inception of a new cycle but stands as a profound symbol of potential and promise. It whispers of beginnings that have been set into motion but have yet to unfold, of seeds planted with intention that await their moment to break through the soil into the light.

In this sacred space of both absence and anticipation, we’re invited to delve deep into reflection. This isn’t about deciding whether to embark on new ventures but about understanding how these nascent journeys, already initiated in the darkness, will unfold. The New Moon, especially in the assertive sign of Aries, urges us to contemplate our next steps with fresh perspective and readiness for action.

This is a time rich with potential for personal alchemy. The absence of the Moon’s light is not emptiness but rather a canvas primed for creation. As practitioners, we recognize this phase as a potent opportunity for introspection, reflecting on the paths we’ve chosen and the endeavors we’ve set into motion.

Exploring Aries Energy in Witchcraft

As we embrace the New Moon in Aries, we’re invited to channel the raw, fiery energy of Aries into our magical practices. Ruled by Mars, Aries embodies action, courage, and initiation. This sign, vibrant and assertive, is characterized by its quickness and dynamic spirit, encouraging us to lead with enthusiasm.

Harnessing Aries Energy in Magic:

Aries energy is particularly potent for spells and rituals that focus on new beginnings, courage, and overcoming obstacles. Its Mars-ruled essence makes it ideal for magic that aims to assert one’s will, initiate action, and fuel passion. Here are some ways to apply Aries energy in your witchcraft:

  1. Courage Spells: Tap into Aries’ fearless nature to bolster your confidence and bravery. Craft spells to overcome fears, tackle challenges head-on, and embrace the warrior spirit within.
  2. Initiation Rituals: Aries’ pioneering energy is perfect for rituals that mark the start of new ventures. Whether you’re beginning a new project, entering a new phase of life, or embarking on a spiritual journey, use Aries energy to set your intentions and light the path forward.
  3. Protection Magic: Utilize the assertive force of Aries to create barriers against negativity. Construct wards, amulets, or spells designed to shield yourself from harm and assert boundaries.
  4. Passion and Desire Spells: Channel Aries’ fiery passion to ignite or rekindle desire. Whether it’s attracting a new lover, reigniting the spark in a relationship, or fueling your own creative fires, Aries energy can amplify your magical workings related to love and creativity.
  5. Overcoming Obstacles: The bold and aggressive nature of Aries is well-suited for tackling obstacles. Craft spells to clear your path of barriers, granting you the strength and determination to move forward.
  6. Healing Rituals for the Head and Face: Given Aries’ association with the head and face, spells and rituals for healing ailments in these areas can be particularly effective under this sign’s influence.

Themes to Employ with Aries Energy:

  • Leadership and autonomy
  • Assertiveness and taking initiative
  • Physical vitality and health
  • Conquering fear and doubt
  • Stimulating change and transformation

Incorporating Aries energy into your witchcraft during the New Moon provides a powerful opportunity to harness the sign’s bold and initiating qualities. Whether through candle magic colored in reds and oranges, crafting fiery incense blends, or meditating on the warrior archetype, there are countless ways to tap into the dynamic force of Aries. Embrace this time to act boldly, with the knowledge that the seeds of intention you plant now, infused with Aries’ fiery spirit, are the first steps on a journey of growth and achievement. But, WAIT! That’s not all. Let’s explore what it means when the New Moon activates Aries and what the two together can provide us.

Blending New Moon and Aries Energies: A Witch’s Guide to Dynamic Creation

The convergence of the New Moon’s power with Aries’ fiery energy creates a potent backdrop for magical practice. • Reflect and Meditate: In the New Moon’s darkness, meditate on your Aries-driven intentions. Where do you need courage? What new beginnings are calling to you?
  • Craft Your Intentions: Write down your goals, focusing on those that resonate with Aries’ spirit. This symbolic act plants seeds in fertile ground, ready to grow.

    Good day, beautiful #Witches. 🖤
I used to dream of a magical life… until one day I gazed into the cauldron and saw the face of a Witch capable of making it real.
    That #Witch was me.
And if you're reading this—it's you, too.

This spread hit like a divine truth bomb: You’re not stuck. You’re bracing. Tired from the fight (9/Wands), unsure of your next step (2/Swords Rx), but crowned with potential (Ace/Wands). The fire’s back—light the match. #tarot #tarotwitch #witchlife #gaytarot #riderwaitesmith
A brightly colored 3x3 tarot card spread is displayed on a dark wooden table. The cards are from a vivid, neon-outlined version of the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot deck, with bold purples, yellows, and reds. The cards are arranged in three rows of three and read as follows (left to right, top to bottom): Top Row: Page of Wands (Reversed): A youthful figure with a wand, depicted upside down, signaling blocked enthusiasm or messages delayed. Seven of Wands (Reversed): A figure defending their position, reversed to suggest overwhelm or giving up. Nine of Wands: A wary figure stands with a bandaged head and a defensive posture, representing resilience and guarded strength. Middle Row: Ten of Pentacles: A rich scene of family legacy and stability, representing abundance and generational wealth. Two of Swords (Reversed): A blindfolded woman holding crossed swords, reversed to indicate indecision breaking or emotional overload. King of Wands: A regal figure seated on a throne, symbolizing leadership, charisma, and vision. Bottom Row: Eight of Swords: A blindfolded and bound woman stands in a ring of swords, representing feeling trapped or mentally restricted. Nine of Cups: A man sits contentedly with nine cups behind him, symbolizing satisfaction and emotional fulfillment. Ace of Wands: A hand emerging from a cloud presents a budding wand, signifying creative spark, potential, and inspiration. Books and tarot boxes frame the top edge of the image, including one titled "Frater Barrabbas," grounding the spread in a ritualistic or magical setting.

Good Day Beautiful Witches!I used to dream of a magical life until one day I gazed into the cauldron and saw the face of a Witch capable of making it a reality.Remember who you are. Allow yourself to dream, recognize the power within you to make happen what it is you can desire. Follow through, take action, be vulnerable, be open, allow yourself to receive. You deserve it. YOU are worthy.Another thing we'd like to express here. I can't say this is a safe space for all because it is not. It's not even a safe space for those who I would like it to be and why? Because this is the internet, this is public, there are people out here who sit and watch and wait till you say something that they disagree with. THEN. They come out of the woodwork. THEN they spit and scream and yell and think they are putting you in your place. Well... Not here. Here we block, we ban, we say good riddance. The lie we have been fed and keep regurgitating and feeding each other from our own nasty mouths is that we can 'Agree to Disagree' on Human Rights. That we can still respect each other and have a difference of opinions on HUMAN... RIGHTS...A Lie. A Lie that people want to hold on to because they don't want to look in the mirror and realize how rotted they truly are.If You Support the Erasure of LGBTQIA+ peoples of BIPOC Peoples, of Marginalized Peoples... this space is not for you, it never was and it never will be.I would hope my @topfans already know this. And if you think I speak too much on this, well I've just only begun. We need to keep standing our ground in order to affirm boundaries and to make sure we know where we stand, who we are, who we ally with and so on. ... See MoreSee Less
